Meet Dominika!

Our manager at the Rynek Restaurant, Dominika, loves what she does in the world of gastronomy and hotel management, and the greatest satisfaction for her comes from happy and smiling guests. She is also passionate about traveling - both short and long trips. Her plans for the next few years include learning Italian and moving to Tuscany.

Dominika doesn't have a favorite dish, but she can't imagine life without Mediterranean cuisine, and she claims that sweets may not exist as long as there is beef tartare and pickled cucumbers. She does however, have a favorite condiment - mayonnaise. In the eternal rivalry between the Winiary and Kielecki brands, she always sides with the former. Her favorite drink is the Dirty Martini - always perfectly balanced and full of character, simply perfection.

Dominika divides her relaxation time into two spheres: physical and mental. If she is looking for adrenaline, she chooses winter sports, especially skiing. To calm her mind and soul, she practices yoga and meditation to relax. She also tries to spend every free moment in nature with her loved ones.

Meet Martyna!

Her greatest passion and hobby is organizing events, and everyone - mates, colleagues and friends - can count on her support. Her love for organizing truly magical events has led her to take courses to expand her already impressive knowledge and experience in this field.

Martyna has a sweet tooth and always starts her day with delicious, sweet breakfasts. She spends her free time being active outdoors or in the gym, but she also indulges in a little gastronomic indulgence in the morning. Her favourite dish is pasta with spinach and chicken, which perfectly reflects her taste and love for harmonious flavours that are not only healthy but also fit into her lifestyle.

When asked about her favourite cocktail, she answers without hesitation - Tequila Sunrise! According to Martyna, it's the perfect drink for any occasion and she enjoys it most when she's out with friends.

After a hard day's work as a supervisor at the Rynek Restaurant, she relaxes in the comfort of her own home, listening to her favourite music or going out with her friends.

Meet Kamil

Kamil is a passionate hotelier and restaurateur. Despite the intensity of his work, he still finds time to indulge his passion for exploring, sightseeing and immersing himself in the culture of new places. He's not one to shy away from physical activity and particularly enjoys swimming, which he says is "incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating".

As befits someone in the restaurant business, Kamil has a favourite dish that he can prepare with his eyes closed. He often points out that carbonara with cream is not really carbonara - that's the dish we're talking about! In the evenings, he likes to relax with a glass of whisky sour while watching crime dramas in the form of series or movies.

Kamil is the life of the party and enjoys spending time with friends. For him, get-togethers are not just about interesting conversations, but also about lots of smiles and joy. He describes himself as a lover of life.
