Meet Paweł!

Our Rynek Restaurant's executive chef is not only an experienced culinarian but also a keen angler. He tries to spend every free moment by the lake or river, finding solace in the silence after intense days at work. Paweł's pride and joy is his son, and he hopes they can share a passion for spending time in nature, chatting, fishing and later preparing their catch in Asian style. As he puts it, it's the perfect combination of a love of cooking and a fascination with nature.

Paweł doesn't have a favourite dish, but he has fallen in love with Asian cuisine and incorporates its elements into his culinary creations at home. During his many travels, he has had the opportunity to try many unusual and exotic dishes that may seem surprising or even strange to a European palate.

Paweł avoids strong alcoholic drinks, preferring to relax in the evening with a glass of good beer, especially from craft breweries. It's his way of getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relaxing when he can't indulge in his passion for fishing.

At work, Paweł prioritizes taste and presentation, while at home he values being close to his family and spending time together in nature. That's why on his Instagram page he likes to share prepared dishes, photos from trips together and, of course, there is no shortage of pictures of fishing successes and records.

Meet Dominika!

Our manager at the Rynek Restaurant, Dominika, loves what she does in the world of gastronomy and hotel management, and the greatest satisfaction for her comes from happy and smiling guests. She is also passionate about traveling - both short and long trips. Her plans for the next few years include learning Italian and moving to Tuscany.

Dominika doesn't have a favorite dish, but she can't imagine life without Mediterranean cuisine, and she claims that sweets may not exist as long as there is beef tartare and pickled cucumbers. She does however, have a favorite condiment - mayonnaise. In the eternal rivalry between the Winiary and Kielecki brands, she always sides with the former. Her favorite drink is the Dirty Martini - always perfectly balanced and full of character, simply perfection.

Dominika divides her relaxation time into two spheres: physical and mental. If she is looking for adrenaline, she chooses winter sports, especially skiing. To calm her mind and soul, she practices yoga and meditation to relax. She also tries to spend every free moment in nature with her loved ones.

Meet Martyna!

Her greatest passion and hobby is organizing events, and everyone - mates, colleagues and friends - can count on her support. Her love for organizing truly magical events has led her to take courses to expand her already impressive knowledge and experience in this field.

Martyna has a sweet tooth and always starts her day with delicious, sweet breakfasts. She spends her free time being active outdoors or in the gym, but she also indulges in a little gastronomic indulgence in the morning. Her favourite dish is pasta with spinach and chicken, which perfectly reflects her taste and love for harmonious flavours that are not only healthy but also fit into her lifestyle.

When asked about her favourite cocktail, she answers without hesitation - Tequila Sunrise! According to Martyna, it's the perfect drink for any occasion and she enjoys it most when she's out with friends.

After a hard day's work as a supervisor at the Rynek Restaurant, she relaxes in the comfort of her own home, listening to her favourite music or going out with her friends.

Meet Yana!

As well as being a supervisor at the Rynek Restaurant, she is also an enthusiastic painter. Yana says she finds freedom in artistic expression and tries to devote as much time as possible to it. However, her life is not only about art - Yana has managed to combine her passion with work, as her second love is bartending and everything related to mixology.

Yana turns every drink into a small work of art, exploring different flavours and textures. Her mixology skills are not just a job, but another form of artistic expression. Of course, she has a favourite drink, the Whisky Sour - a perfectly balanced and aromatic cocktail that always brings a moment of relaxation.

Yana also has a hidden talent - she is an excellent pastry chef and can make almost any cake, sweet snack, muffin or doughnut at home. Unfortunately, with only 24 hours in a day, Yana rarely gets the chance to show off her pastry skills.

Apart from her work at the Rynek restaurant, drawing and baking, Yana also loves to enjoy the flavours of oriental cuisine. Her favourite dish, which she describes as her comfort food, is ramen with panko prawns. The combination of intense flavours and delicate ingredients makes her forget the worries of the world.

Meet Kamil

Kamil is a passionate hotelier and restaurateur. Despite the intensity of his work, he still finds time to indulge his passion for exploring, sightseeing and immersing himself in the culture of new places. He's not one to shy away from physical activity and particularly enjoys swimming, which he says is "incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating".

As befits someone in the restaurant business, Kamil has a favourite dish that he can prepare with his eyes closed. He often points out that carbonara with cream is not really carbonara - that's the dish we're talking about! In the evenings, he likes to relax with a glass of whisky sour while watching crime dramas in the form of series or movies.

Kamil is the life of the party and enjoys spending time with friends. For him, get-togethers are not just about interesting conversations, but also about lots of smiles and joy. He describes himself as a lover of life.
