He can be described as a talented and experienced chef whose fascination with all things culinary began as a child. His fascination with gastronomy has become a true passion and a way of life.
For Bartosz, the most important thing is the time he spends with his family, especially on trips to the heart of nature. Here, not as a chef, but as a father and husband, he prepares dishes that they can all enjoy together. As he puts it: "Spending time with your family is the best way to relax and recharge your batteries".
As well as cooking, Bartosz loves to share another passion with his loved ones. It turns out that the whole family are world-class Potterheads. Not only have they read all the books, seen all the films and are eagerly awaiting the release of the Harry Potter TV series, but they also organize magical evenings where the whole family is transported into the world of magic and wizards.
Getting to know our Chef, it's impossible not to mention his gastronomic preferences. It turns out that his favourite dish is the traditional pork chop with potatoes and cucumber salad. He claims that this dish reminds him most of his family and home. After very intense hours at work, a bit of relaxation and a boost of energy comes from his favourite drink, the Jäger Bomb. These small pleasures and passions, which he can share with his family, make Bartosz's life tasteful, both professionally and personally.
