From March 13 to April 24, 2024, we are taking part in the Restaurant Week campaign! This year's event is held under the slogan #FoodNewsGoodNews

Appetizer: Smoked cottage cheese cheesecake with roasted onion, pickled beetroot, carrot and cucumber jelly
Main course: Cauliflower steak with beetroot risotto, parsley crisp, kale and eggplant demi glace sauce
Dessert: Bavarois cream with violet powder, popping sprinkles and strawberry sorbet

Appetizer: Tortellini with Italian Bresaola ham and gzik, plus spinach leaves, goat cheese snow and herbal oil
Main course: Pork tenderloin with duxelle, cured ham from our workshop, bulgur cabbage roll, celery purée, vegetables and demi glace sauce
Dessert: Bavarois cream with violet powder, popping sprinkles and strawberry sorbet
